Eligibility

Access to Solvaya services requires that users are legally capable of entering into binding agreements and are at least 18 years old. By registering or using our services you represent that you meet these eligibility criteria and that information you supply is truthful and accurate.

Users must be 18 years or older. Minors must not create accounts or submit personal data without parental or guardian authorization. We may request proof of age for verification purposes.

Services must be used for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include fraudulent conduct, misrepresentation during transactions, and attempts to access restricted listings without authorization.

Some services, promotions or features may be restricted by geography or regulatory constraints and may not be available in all jurisdictions. Users are responsible for complying with local laws when using Solvaya.

Account Registration and Security

Creating an account allows personalized property matching, saved searches and direct communication with our advisory team. Account creation may require verification to ensure accurate record-keeping and regulatory compliance.

You must provide accurate and complete information. Keep contact and profile details up to date to ensure reliable service delivery and correct execution of any contractual arrangements.

Protect your account credentials. You are responsible for actions taken through your account. Notify Solvaya promptly if you suspect unauthorized access so we can take protective measures.

Accounts are non-transferable. Sharing credentials or allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing by Solvaya.

If you believe your account has been compromised, notify support immediately at privacy@hflevia.biz. We will assist with containment and remediation following our security protocols.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict accounts that violate terms, pose security risks, or impede service operations. Suspension may be temporary pending contribute.

Services Offered

Solvaya provides advisory services for luxury apartment search, curated property shortlists, viewing coordination, and premium selection support. Service scope is descriptive and advisory; final property decisions rest with the client and relevant property vendors.

We may refine service offerings and features to reflect market conditions and client needs. Material changes to service scope will be communicated in advance when feasible.

While we aim for continuous availability, some features may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or due to third-party dependencies. Solvaya maintains operational procedures to minimize disruptions.

User Conduct and Acceptable Use

Users must behave professionally and lawfully when interacting with the platform, our advisors and third-party providers. The following rules summarize expectations for acceptable conduct.

• Provide honest, non-misleading information during searches and negotiations.
• Respect privacy and confidentiality of other users and third parties.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt platform functionality.
• Refrain from unlawful or abusive language and behavior during communications.
• Use property data and images for intended purposes only; do not republish without permission.
• Comply with instructions from Solvaya regarding viewings, access and on-site protocols.
• Report suspected fraud, misrepresentation or suspicious listings to our team immediately.

User Content

Users may submit preferences, feedback, messages and other content as part of the property search process. This section explains rights and responsibilities related to such content.

You retain ownership of personal content you provide, subject to any rights you grant to Solvaya to process and use that content for service delivery and business operations.

By submitting content you grant Solvaya a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store and transmit that content as necessary to provide services, communicate with vendors, and improve platform functionality.

You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of user content. Do not submit content that infringes third-party rights, is confidential without authorization, or violates applicable law.

We may remove user content that breaches these terms or is unlawful. You may request deletion of personal content through our privacy contact channels; requests will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Solvaya branding, website design, selection algorithms, proprietary documents and content belong to Solvaya or its licensors. Use of our intellectual property requires prior written consent.

• Do not reproduce Solvaya logos, activity or copyrighted material without express permission.
• Reverse engineering or deriving source code, algorithms or internal processes is prohibited.
• Unauthorized commercial use of our content, including resale of curated property lists, is not permitted.

Paid Advisory and Concierge Services

We offer optional paid advisory services including priority matching, dedicated consultation, market due diligence, and bespoke search projects. Details and fees are provided during engagement.

Pricing is based on service scope and complexity. Quotes are provided in writing and include the fee breakdown, deliverables and applicable taxes. Fees are due as specified in the engagement agreement.

Payments may be accepted by bank transfer, credit card or other methods disclosed at purchase. Payment processing is handled by authorized third-party payment providers under secure protocols.

Subscription-based services, if offered, will be explicitly defined with renewal terms, billing frequency and cancellation procedures. Users will be notified prior to changes in subscription pricing.

Refunds for paid services are assessed on a case-by-case basis and depend on the nature of the service and agreed deliverables. Any refund terms will be set out in the service agreement.

Clients may cancel projects subject to the terms of the engagement agreement. Cancellation fees may apply to cover work completed or third-party commitments.

Applicable taxes, duties or levies are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise specified. Tax treatment will follow Singapore regulations where applicable.

Solvaya may update pricing to reflect market conditions or increased service scope. Clients will be informed of material price changes before renewal where applicable.

Failure to pay fees as agreed may result in suspension of services and recovery actions. Solvaya reserves the right to seek payment for services rendered.

Disclaimer

Information provided by Solvaya is based on available sources and professional assessment. Market conditions and property availability can change; clients should verify material facts independently and consult legal or business advisors for binding decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solvaya’s liability for direct damages arising from provision of services is limited to fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for consequential, incidental or indirect losses.

Third-Party Services

We may rely on third-party suppliers for listings, analytics and transaction facilitation. Third-party terms may apply; Solvaya is not responsible for their actions but will exercise due diligence in vendor selection.

Termination and Suspension

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with agreed notice periods. Solvaya may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or present risk to operations.

Upon termination, access to paid features will cease and outstanding fees become due. Solvaya will return or delete client materials as stipulated in the service agreement and applicable law.

Privacy and Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used and protected. By using Solvaya services you consent to processing as described in that policy which incorporates data subject rights and contact procedures.

Communications and Notices

Notices and communications may be delivered electronically, by post to 81 Yishun Street 81, Singapore 760846, or via the email address provided by the user. Electronic communications are considered received when sent.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms to reflect legal or operational developments. Material changes will be communicated in advance where feasible. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Users submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts for disputes that cannot be resolved through alternative dispute resolution.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage prompt discussion to resolve disputes. Parties may engage in mediation or other amicable processes prior to initiating formal legal action. Specific dispute processes may be set out in service agreements.
